Your server may be lagging for several reasons;
- You have an inbound DDoS attack that is in the process of being filtered.
- You have a high PPS inbound DDoS attack that is not being detected by the filters.
- You ISP has connection issues between yourself and London
How can I resolve this?
- Contact support and provide a MTR and traceroute - this will allow technical staff determine the cause.
- If you have a dedicated server try setting your protection sensitivity level to either Medium or High
